Consume More Water

Your skin is the largest organ of your body, and like all organs in your body, it requires an adequate amount of water in order to thrive. If you’re not getting enough water, this will reflect in your skin’s ability to flush out toxins from your body, which can contribute to the state of your skin.

Do your best to drink water throughout the day, staying as hydrated as you can. As you drink, you might think about adding a tiny bit of sea salt to your water bottle. This will help your body absorb more of the water for the best results, and is known as a saltwater flush.

Be sure not to do this too often though, as you don’t want to risk a sodium overload. Also, it’s recommended not to drink salted water on an empty stomach, as this can lead to nausea or vomiting.
